Shandley’s Building

Est. 1961.  Purchased by Tauranga dairy farmers Mark and Dorothy Shandley in 1961. On 25 December 1953 their son Richard had been tragically killed in the Tangiwai Railway Accident. Richard was just 23 years old and was buried in Tauranga’s Anglican Cemetery.
